Fees for services contained within this scope of service should be based upon a proper resource assessment to confirm what services are going to be provided and by whom. In this way the fee will take due account of the complexity, duration and scope to be provided.
Approval of plans
Approve plans submitted by lessees and inspect works during progress.
Note: This is intended to apply only to cases where the surveyor, having approved
the plans, is responsible to his or her client for ensuring that the work
is carried out in accordance with them. (It does not cover work in connection
with certification or approval of payments.) The fee should be reduced where
partial services are provided.
