A detailed Feasibility Study of four

Generally:
|
The project was successfully completed
in all the objectives of the Client stated above, on time and within
budget.

|
Tender Documentation:
|
The form of contract used was the P.O.75
( a variation of the minor works contract ) and was subject to single
stage selective tendering. In addition, detailed plans and a schedule
of works, incorporating the Engineering and Security works were prepared.

On Site Period:
|
The works were programmed for both
in hours and out of hours periods, with temporary arrangements agreed
for both the staff and public using the building.

Statutory and Other Approvals:
|
The following approvals were sought
and gained:-

Building alterations.

Fire Officers approval.
|
| |

Post Office internal authority
process.

Post Contract:
|
A Post Office internal review was carried
out in November 1995 and we are advised that operationally, technically
and financially the project was a success.
