Founded in 1994 as Cavanagh Building Surveyors, allencavanaghpartnership is an independent professional practice of Chartered Building Surveyors.

With over 60 years, combined experience in the profession, our partners and staff have a wide experience and sound knowledge of professional property services and the construction industry.

Solihull-based, excellent network links to offices in Gloucestershire enable us to offer our services in the Midlands, Outer London areas, the North West, South West and Wales.

Our depth of experience has been gained within the public and private sectors of the profession, with local authorities, further and higher education institutions, Royal Mail Group Property, housing trusts, British Waterways, public licensed premises, property management consultancies and the Church of England.

Our close association and service level agreements with the electrical, mechanical, structural and interior design disciplines enable us to offer the complete surveying package.

We believe in both collaborating and communicating closely with our clients to foster sound working relationships, partnering arrangements and service level agreements. We do this in order to meet the standards and performance responsiveness levels our clients require in order that we make a positive contribution to their business aims and objectives.

The lastest computer technology is utilised across all of our practice processes. We currently operate Microsoft Office Professional and the AutoCAD LT drafting system. These enable us to provide up-to-date client information as hard copy, on disk and via the Internet.

We are a Chartered Building Surveyor Practice under the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a corporate member of the Association of Planning Supervisors. We are also members of Construction line, the UK Register Of Qualified Construction Services and of a discussion forum for Party Wall Matters, The Pyramus & Thisbe Club.
